Ultimatesilentdisco provides soundproofing and acoustic conditioning solutions for B2B corporate environments in Argentina. Services include the design, supply, and installation of sound absorption panels and acoustic barriers, as well as sound engineering consulting for boardrooms and coworking spaces.
The scope of each project is defined in a written agreement between the parties, specifying the areas to be treated, the materials to be used, and the execution deadlines. An absolute level of silence is not guaranteed, but rather a measurable improvement in the contracted acoustic parameters.
The client agrees to provide truthful information regarding the dimensions, use, and current conditions of the space to be intervened. Any structural modification or change in the use of the space after installation must be communicated to Ultimatesilentdisco to evaluate possible adjustments in acoustic performance.
It is the client's responsibility to ensure safe access to the workplace during technical visits and installation. The client must obtain the necessary permits if the property is subject to horizontal property regulations or municipal bylaws.
Ultimatesilentdisco is not liable for damages arising from improper use of the installed products, unauthorized modifications, or extreme environmental conditions not foreseen in the original design. Total liability is limited to the value of the contracted service in the specific project from which the claim originates.
Under no circumstances shall liability be accepted for loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, or indirect damages related to acoustic performance, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.
All designs, plans, technical specifications, and methodologies developed by Ultimatesilentdisco for a project are the exclusive property of the firm, unless a written agreement transfers such rights to the client. The client may not reproduce, modify, or use these materials for projects with third parties without express authorization.
Both parties agree to treat as confidential any technical, commercial, or financial information exchanged during the execution of the service, for a period of three years from the completion of the project.
Payment conditions are established in the budget signed by both parties. Payments are made in Argentine pesos or in the agreed currency, excluding unforeseen additional financial costs. Returns of custom-installed products are not accepted, except for proven manufacturing defects.
The client may cancel the service before the start of installation, with a refund of unexecuted amounts minus an administrative fee of 15% of the total project value. Once installation has begun, unilateral cancellation is not permitted.
Ultimatesilentdisco reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, notifying active clients of changes at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service after notification implies acceptance of the new conditions.
These terms remain in effect as long as the client maintains an active contractual relationship with Ultimatesilentdisco. Upon termination of the service, the clauses on intellectual property, confidentiality, and limitation of liability continue to apply.
